Megan got our first offer on a new home accepted which put us in a position where we needed to list and sell our existing home quickly and at top dollar. Despite a hot market our home was next to an undesirable commercial property we knew would turn away some buyers so we really wanted our listing to shine. 
Having never sold a home before we didn't know how much went into pre listing prep. We were both working full time, busy with the sale of our new home, and packing/moving. Megan was hands-on throughout the process and took on much of the heavy lifting. Spending money to list your home can be daunting but Megan advised us on what buyers wanted to see which helped us maximize the ROI on our listing prep spend.
